Patient Rooms

We know how important it is to give patients as much privacy as possible. Depending on the procedure and follow-up care, it's easy to feel exposed and vulnerable during hospitalization. Patients want to be surrounded by their family and friends in an environment that is warm and inviting.

Individual rooms are exactly what patients can expect at Indiana University Health Arnett Hospital. All patient rooms are private, including the exam rooms in the Emergency Department and patient rooms in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). All patient rooms, including the NICU rooms, have private baths with vanities and showers. All patient rooms also have flat-screen TVs and access to local cable. IU Health Arnett Hospital offers 24-hour visitation, so guests can stay for as long as the patient wants them there, including overnight stays.

Sleeping Accommodations

We know that family and friends are an essential part of the healing process. That is why all patient rooms at IU Health Arnett are designed to accommodate overnight guests.

A fold out couch is available in each patient room. Family members are welcome to stay in a room overnight. Blankets and pillows are available.

A member of our Environmental Services department will clean your room daily; however housekeeping is available 24 hours a day. If your room is in need of additional housekeeping attention, please call using the direct dial button on your bedside telephone.
