Indiana University Health cares about the needs of Indiana communities. IU Health conducted community health needs assessments across the state to gain a better understanding of the most critical needs in communities. Team members are committed to working to address the needs of all Indiana communities and provide the help they need to get healthy and get strong to live healthy lives.
