Bean Salad

1 (15-oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15-oz) can kidney beans, drained
1 (15-oz) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 green or red bell pepper, chopped
1 (15-oz) can corn, drained
1 red onion, chopped
¾ cup or up to 1 cup Italian salad dressing
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
½ tsp chili powder


  1. In a large bowl, combine beans, bell pepper, corn, cilantro and red onion.
  2. Add spices and lime juice to salad dressing. Mix well.
  3. Pour salad dressing over bean and vegetable mixture. Mix well.
  4. Chill thoroughly and serve cold.
