Volunteer Opportunities at IU Health
Fulfilling volunteer opportunities are available at Indiana University Health hospitals around the state and even from the comfort of your home. Our facilities offer opportunities for adults, students and even pets to make a difference at pivotal time in someone’s life. Whether it is coloring with patients at Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health, delivering flowers to new moms at IU Health Arnett Hospital or cuddling babies in the NICU at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital, we provide unique opportunities that fit your interests.
Customer Advisory Group
At IU Health, we strive to improve patient experience and provide high quality services. Our Customer Advisory Group is made up of former patients and their family members or friends throughout Indiana. The volunteers give us valuable feedback on healthcare topics and their experiences with IU Health. This feedback guides our decisions about how we provide care, what services we provide and how we can improve the patient experience.
The Customer Advisory Group is conducted entirely through email so it is convenient for you. Two or three times a month, we send you a short survey to complete. Your responses allow us to develop plans to make your experiences at IU Health better.
Help us improve our services by joining our Customer Advisory Group.
