Customer Advisory Group

Your opinions can help make a better IU Health

Listening to our customers helps us better understand their experiences with Indiana University Health, and allows us to make decisions that help us serve them better. In an effort to do this more effectively, IU Health has formed an online Customer Advisory Group, and you can be a part of it.

What is the Customer Advisory Group?

IU Health's Customer Advisory Group is a collection of people who volunteer to provide their feedback and opinions via email regarding a variety of healthcare topics. The input and opinions IU Health receives from the Customer Advisory Group will help guide our decisions regarding our care, services and operations.

How does it work?

IU Health makes decisions with our customers in mind, and there's no better way to do so than to ask patients and their guests to provide their input and feedback. Therefore, no more than two or three times per month, Customer Advisory Group members will receive a short survey email regarding a specific topic. Members will be able to provide their thoughts and opinions using a survey in the email. IU Health will consider responses to these questionnaires as it plans service improvements.
