Recognition

IU Health Arnett Family Medicine has received recognition from the Diabetes Recognition Program of the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for providing quality care to their patients with diabetes.

The Diabetes Recognition Program has ten measures which cover areas such as HBA1c control, blood pressure control, LDL control, eye examinations, nephropathy assessment, smoking status and cessation advice or treatment.

This recognition shows that IU Health Arnett Family Medicine is dedicated to providing the highest-level diabetes care.
