Recognized as a NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), the Indiana University Health Arnett Medical Offices located in Frankfort has a lot to offer its patients. Primary healthcare for patients of all ages as well as pediatric care courtesy of Riley Physicians Pediatrics is provided.
Services include cancer screenings, dermatology procedures, men’s health, women’s health, preventive care and more. Pediatric services including asthma management, sports physicals, well child and same-day sick appointments are available to patients from birth to college-aged.
Primary care appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 8 pm, Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm and Sunday from 11 am to 6 pm. Walk-in hours are available to patients every day during regular business hours. Lab hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 3:30 pm and Saturday 8 am to 11:30 pm.
Pediatric appointments are available Monday through Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm.

Amy V. Villavicencio, MD has been practicing family medicine since 2005. She chose her practice because she enjoys providing care to patients of all age starting with birth. Dr. Villavicencio has a practice philosophy to provide high quality, personalized care to patients and families in a rural community.
During her free time, she enjoys traveling on medical mission trips, spending time with her children, gardening and traveling.
Rebecca Franklin, PNP-BC was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio and was a four-year letter winner for Ball State University women’s basketball team. She has a passion for preventive medicine and enjoys educating her patients and families. Her background is predominately in newborn intensive care so Franklin truly believes pediatrics is a special population that deserves special care. Franklin appreciates watching her own children as well as her patients develop their unique personalities. During her free time, she enjoys cooking, watching sports, reading and spending time with her husband and children.
Dr. Croner began his Family Medicine practice with IU Health Arnett in Frankfort in 2003. His goal is to serve the people of Frankfort with a patient-centered focus and Christlike compassion. He is married and has two children. He enjoys spending time with his family.
Dr. Regnier’s goal is for his patients to achieve the best outcomes possible, whether it is through better lifestyle and wellness choices, medication management or referral to the best specialty network in the state. He looks forward to hearing about their situation and working together to devise a treatment plan to meet their goals for their health.
Marie Johnson, FNP-BC has been practicing since 2008. She has a special interest in common diseases and emergency medicine. She enjoys being a part of the community and teaching about common illnesses, diseases and prevention. During her free time, she enjoys walking, cooking, gardening and spending time with family.
Betty Wellman, FNP-C pursued a career in healthcare to help patients focus on preventive care. She is passionate about providing care in rural communities and works to educate her patients so they can live their lives to the fullest. In her free time, she enjoys an active lifestyle including: time spent with her husband and two boys, gardening and home improvement projects.
Whitney West, FNP-BC pursued a career in family medicine because it allows her to provide comprehensive care while building relationships with patients and their families over time. Her practice philosophy is to provide patient-centered care that focuses on not only the physical needs of the patients, but the emotional and social needs as well. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, listening to live music and spending time with her family.
