IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital Foundation

Putting Patients First

With Instruments of Healing

As a supporting organization for Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Hospital and affiliated organizations, including IU Health Blackford Hospital, in 2012 the Foundation provided over $3.4 million in funding for important projects which helped to further the hospital’s mission to provide preeminent care for those who choose to live and work in our region. If you are a visitor or patient at IU Health Ball Memorial, we hope you will witness first hand our “Patients First” initiatives which put the patient at the center of everything we do.

Your continued support of IU Health Ball Memorial through gifts to the Foundation, enable the hospital to put patients first whether that is through the purchase of new surgical and radiology equipment for spinal procedures, providing new ultrasound machines for the Perinatal Center, by providing important community health screenings, by providing free breast surgery recovery kits to Blackford residents, or by providing funding to train future healthcare professionals.

Gifts to the Foundation, whether large or small, make an important difference for the patients served by IU Health Ball Memorial, and ultimately improve our community as a whole.

Thank you for your support!
