Description |
This class offers an opportunity to learn more about childbirth in a two session format designed for busy parents-to-be. Classes meet on two consecutive Saturday mornings from 9 am – 12:30 pm. The material is covered at a quicker pace so some outside reading may be necessary. Women and their support persons will learn coping strategies for labor including relaxation techniques, breathing and positioning. Topics covered also include:
A tour of the Birthing Center is included. It is recommended that you also sign up for our ABC (After Baby Comes) Class and Breastfeeding Class. Cost: $60 Please provide email address in order to email informational letter. |
