Your physician is ultimately responsible for your care; however, many different types of healthcare team members will assist in providing you with top-quality care.

All IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital associates, physicians and volunteers are required to wear identification badges. Each badge should have a photo ID, name and department printed on it. If you do not see a badge on someone involved in your care, please ask to see proper identification.
