IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital is a tobacco-free facility. Our tobacco-free environment will expand an additional 100-feet off the campus to include all adjacent private properties. To deliver on our brand promise to improve the health of our patients and community, it is essential that we protect patients, visitors and staff from the adverse effects of tobacco and secondhand smoke when they are on our property. This new expectation helps protect people from tobacco contaminants and their related odors that can be carried back into patient care and work environments.
