Our residents serve the community through a variety of volunteer activities including:

Tar Wars (smoking prevention) presentations at local schools

Health Fairs—children and adult

Team physicians for local high school sports teams

On-site physicians for sporting events such as the Muncie Ironman 70.3, Y-Triathlon and Gus Macker Basketball Tournament

Gateway Clinic—a free medical clinic staffed by Melanie Schreiner, MD

Residents are required to perform community service during their residency as outlined below:
