Bradford W. Dykes, FACHE, MHA, MBA, President

Mr. Dykes is responsible for the general management and leadership of Indiana University Health Bedford Hospital and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of both IU Health Bedford Hospital and Indiana University Health Bedford Hospital Foundation. He previously served as CEO of hospital and ambulatory diagnostic and treatment facilities in Indiana, Alabama and Florida, with more than 25 years of experience in the hospital/healthcare field. He is active with several healthcare organizations and has served as a board member of the Indiana Hospital and Health Association, Indiana Rural Health Association, and the Hospital Licensure Council of the Indiana State Department of Health. Mr. Dykes has a B.A. from Wabash College, M.H.A. from Indiana University School of Medicine, and M.B.A. from Murray State University. He is certified as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Brenda Davis, RN, BSN, MS, Vice President of Patient Services

Ms. Davis graduated from the IVY Tech Practical Nursing Program in 1974. Marian College in 1984 with her A.S.N., University of Southern Indiana with a B.S.N. in 2004 and Oakland City University with a MSM degree in 2008.. She had been Certified as a Critical Care RN (CCRN) for 22 years. Ms. Davis began her employment at Indiana University Health Bedford Hospital in 1974. She has worked in the Emergency Department, Med-Surg Unit, and Intensive Care Unit. She has been the VP of Patient Services since 2000.

Tara Williams, RN, MSN, Director of Ancillary and Support Services

Ms. Williams serves as Director of Ancillary and Support Services. She oversees support service departments at IU Health Bedford, including Environmental Services, Central Supply, Food & Nutrition, Diabetes Clinic, Volunteer Services & Gift Shop, Service Excellence & Community Outreach, Respiratory Therapy, Electrocardiography, Electroencephalography, Pharmacy, Communications& Dispatch, Integrated Care Management and Sleep Services. Ms. Williams has 17 years of experience as a nurse with 6 of those years involved in information technology operations. She is certified in Inpatient Obstetrics (RNC-OB) for 14 years, holds a certification in Practice Workflow and Information Management Redesign (CHTS-PW) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library Foundation Certification. In addition to her AS in Nursing from Vincennes University, Ms. Williams also holds a BS and MS in Nursing(Clinical Systems Management).

Stephanie Grace, RN, BSN - Manager of Quality/Accreditation/Patient Safety/Risk Management

Ms. Grace graduated from Vincennes University with her ASN and Western Governors University with her BSN.  She has been in healthcare for 29 years with the last 7 years spent in Quality/Accreditation/Patient Safety/Risk Management at IUH Bedford Hospital. Her previous nursing experience includes Interventional Cardiovascular Services, Critical Care, and the Emergency Department.  Ms. Grace’s current responsibilities include monitoring and ensuring compliance with Indiana State Department of Health, The Joint Commission, and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Rules and Regulations, facility Risk Management, and Patient Safety.
