Free Lafayette Grocery Store Tour with an IU Health Arnett

Join Indiana University Health Arnett dietitians in celebrating National Nutrition Month by taking a free tour of your local grocery store. See the aisles from a different perspective, and learn about the nutritional value of foods in each department. Dietitians will share tips about keeping produce fresh, which cuts of meat to purchase and what kind of cheese is lower in fat than others. Get the knowledge you need to shop healthier by attending one of the tours below.

• Wednesday, March 13, 11 am - noon, Meijer, 4901 State Road 26 East, Lafayette
• Tuesday, March 19, 4 pm – 5 pm, Pay Less, 2200 Greenbush Street, Lafayette
• Wednesday, March 20, 1 pm – 2 pm, Pay Less, 1032 Sagamore Parkway W, West Lafayette
