Recipe of the Week: Mock French Toast

4 egg whites
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup cottage cheese
Dash of cinnamon
1 packet of Splenda
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray
Sugar Free maple syrup

Mix all together in a bowl and beat with a fork. Pour into pan like you would as if you were making pancakes. Top with butter spray and sugar free syrup and enjoy!

This is a Liver Reduction Diet Friendly Meal.
