Step Up Your Skin Care for Spring

After our especially harsh winter, it can be tempting to shed the layers of clothes and let your skin soak in the rays. However, the heat, chlorine, salt water and humidity will take their toll on your skin. As the temperature starts to rise, make sure you have a skin care routine to ensure your skin stays luminous all summer long.

How should I prepare my skin?

Heat and humidity can leave you with clogged pores and dead skin. The combination of the hot weather and impurities found in the air will wreak havoc on your skin’s natural radiance. Regular exfoliation is the best way to keep your skin looking fresh throughout the summer. Exfoliation has been proven to tighten your pores, scrub away dirt and rejuvenate dead skin cells.

To stay in the habit of applying sunscreen every day, find one that is light, fast-absorbing and goes on easily under makeup.
