Experts in exercise science are available for general fitness questions during the hours of 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. A Fitness Orientation is also offered for free to all members to plan a regular one-hour workout that provides a safe and effective place to begin exercising.
Personal training is also offered, and includes 6 one-on-one consultations for $30. The first and last of these meetings are mild fitness testing sessions. Approximately 150 employees have completed the personal training program. A custom, reasonable and yet effective program is the goal of all training at the fitness center.
