SIHO coverage (Indiana University Health Bloomington Health Plan) offers a wellness benefit. Charges covered under the Wellness Benefit include, but are not limited to:
- Newborn care, well child examinations and immunizations, including vaccines
- Adult and adolescent routine physical examinations and related laboratory work:
- Routine screening mammograms and routine pap smears;
- Sports Physical; and
- Meningococcal vaccines
