What is Physical Therapy?
Physical Therapy is an allied health profession that helps individuals of ages develop and/or regain lost function and perform activities as independently as possible. Comprehensive evaluations and innovative treatments are provided for movement problems that result from developmental disabilities as well as orthopedic and neurological conditions that may result from an accident, injury or surgical procedure.
The physical therapists at the IU Health Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine Center provide physical therapy for a variety of conditions and injuries.
