As the leading physician-led and managed clinical integration program in the state, we offer the resources, expertise, and experience to provide the best practice delivery and highest level of patient care while eliminating inefficiencies to reduce costs. The program currently has over 2,500 specialty and primary care physicians, both independent and employed by IU Health Physicians and other participating health systems.

These physician members are located in the Indianapolis, Bloomington, Lafayette, and Muncie areas, and physicians currently are being added from Bedford, Terre Haute, Kokomo, and Tipton. Discussions are also underway with other markets for 2011 implementation.

This program is offered to employers as a way to improve care for employees while helping to control their healthcare costs.
