The Informatics and Business Education Learning Center provides a wide variety of training to Indiana University Health employees, which supports some of the information "infrastructure" of IU Health. This learning center provides education in specialized software programs that support clinical applications, software training for business (non-clinical or financial) applications, and educational design and coaching. IU Health employees can also take classes to better understand how to use the electronic learning management system (eLMS).
Within the Informatics and Business Education Learning Center, the Learning Solutions department provides some of the informatics and business education and also specializes in collaborating with a design team of content experts, managers and staff to customize training to meet specific learning needs, including coaching.
