Nursing (LPN)
Eligibility:
- Must be employed as an LPN at IU Health
- Must be in good standing to receive the scholarship. A participant whose job performance does not meet the standards of IU Health performance review program during any time of the employment period/year that the scholarship is in effect will jeopardize his/her opportunity for future funding.
- Must be actively involved in Clinical Unit Operations (i.e. attend staff meetings, keep mandatory education requirements up to date, etc.)
- Must maintain a competitive GPA
Award:
$750 per semester
Work Commitment:
Post graduate commitment of 6 months full-time employment for each semester of funding (Full time and part time)

Selected by management team
Application Process:
- Complete the attached application and fax all necessary documents
- Schedule appointment to complete paperwork
- Submit proof of enrollment in an approved nursing school
- Submit 2 professional recommendations; one from current manager, one from RN co-worker
- Submit a one page narrative on why you should be awarded the scholarship
