Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Surgery Treatment Information

After you receive a referral to the HPB program, you will meet with a multidisciplinary team within five days, providing you quick access to fellowship trained surgeons. In this meeting, you will learn about next steps to getting a diagnosis or receive next steps after a diagnosis.

The physicians in the HPB program regularly host tumor boards to collaborate on the best treatment options for you.

A Patient Coordinator will work directly with you throughout your treatment. This person will lead you through your entire treatment process and will also coordinate care with physicians you have previously seen. Patients also have direct access to support services offered at Simon Cancer Center, including the CompleteLife complementary therapies program.
