Ways to Give

We are honored to receive the generous philanthropic gifts from individuals and corporations with the intention of positively impacting the care of current and future patients and their families. If you are considering giving to Indiana University Health, there are many ways you can do so that directly impact the lives and care of IU Health patients, their families and your community.

In Memoriam/Tributes

Family members of an IU Health patient who desire to honor their loved one’s life and spirit can donate to IU Health in the form of a memorial or tribute gift. This type of gift has special meaning for both the donor and the recipient, as both are recognized through this act of giving back.

Excellence in Care/Treatment

Often times, past and present IU Health patients and their families want to give back to the highly skilled team members who worked directly with them during treatment or a hospital stay. Excellence in Care/Treatment gifts recognize outstanding care that a patient and his or her family received during a stay at an IU Health facility.

Estate Giving

IU Health is honored each time we are included as a recipient of charitable giving within an individual’s personal or family estate. When individuals include IU Health in their estate plans, they can feel assured the work of IU Health will continue beyond their lifetime.

Corporations or organizations may list IU Health as a recipient of charitable giving on an individual or annual basis. When companies and organizations choose to donate to IU Health, they are improving the healthcare provided in their local communities.

A gift of your time is equally as important and appreciated as a monetary donation and can make an immeasurable impact on IU Health patients, families and communities. To learn more about how to get involved contact your local foundation.
