IU Health Goshen Center for Cancer Care
Liver Cancer Clinical Trials
At Indiana University Health Goshen Center for Cancer Care, wide-ranging research is essential to our comprehensive cancer program. Our ability, as a not-for-profit facility, to offer the latest treatments is made possible by conducting clinical trials.
IU Health Goshen Center for Cancer Care has powerful tools to attack liver cancer. Through a clinical trial, we have been one of the few cancer centers in the country to offer breakthrough selective internal radiation therapy (SIRT) with microspheres, which attacks cancer from the inside out. Used alone or in combination with chemotherapy, SIRT has been found to improve treatment outcomes for metastatic colon cancer to the liver.
