Whether you walk or bike the Millrace Trail to the Goshen Farmer's Market, you can learn about nutrition, fitness, health and safety along the way. Plus, you can take advantage of health screenings for adults at the Farmer's Market.
Diabetes Day
Whether you’ve been diagnosed with diabetes or you want to learn more about the disease, get the information you need about risks related to diabetes and how to take care of your health. Free and reduced cost health screenings and health risk assessments will be offered throughout the day.
For tests to screen for diabetes and kidney disease, registration with a prepayment of $40 is required.
