Healthy Steps to a Healthy Weight Program
Living healthy means not just losing weight, but keeping it off. So when you join our Healthy Steps to a Healthy Weight program, a dietitian and a personal trainer will design an exercise plan that can help you lose 1-2 pounds per week. During this 12-week program, you’ll meet every Tuesday with experts who will show you how to maintain a healthy weight by managing stress and avoiding emotional eating. You’ll even take a shopping tour to learn how to make smarter choices at the grocery store.
This program lasts from September 17 through December 3, 2013, meeting 12 consecutive Tuesdays from 5:30 - 6:45 p.m. at IU Health Goshen Hospital. It costs $150, which covers all materials and includes a Livewell fitness membership for the entire duration of the program.
