We want to help you and your family get strong and live well. That’s why we offer a variety of eight-week fitness sessions for members of our Livewell Fitness Center. We also offer special, low-cost exercise programs for your whole family to enjoy. Find the Livewell class or special exercise program that’s just right for you. Livewell Fitness Membership
Get moving toward a healthier you with a Livewell Fitness Membership. With each eight-week membership, you can take as many classes as you want—no limits. And you don’t have to register for classes, just choose a class from the IU Health Goshen Fitness Calendar that works for you, sign in when you arrive, and get moving.

Cardio Boot Camp
Learn a variety of interval formats that combine strength, cardio conditioning, plyometrics and functional movements to maximize your time and results. Challenge yourself and monitor your results with a free pre- and post-fitness assessment. Prizes awarded to the most improved participants.
Maximize your efforts with circuit stations for cardio and resistance training for lower body. Plus, work your core with cardio and strengthening machines.
This Pilates workout is designed to progress you from basic moves into the next level. This format gives you the option to customize your workout to best suit your goals for a strong core.
Step it Up
Get a low-impact, high-calorie-burning workout with a half hour of non-stop moves on the step.
Summer Spa Day
Join us for a day of fun, relaxation and wellness education from our healthcare professionals to help you become a healthier you. Enter our wellness challenge for a chance to win some great prizes. While you’re here pamper yourself with a free massage, make-up session and a comforting nutritious brunch.
Tai Chi for Beginners
Tai Chi for Beginners consists of classic, simple Qigong and uses five of the traditional movements from Tai Chi in a stationary standing position or seated. It progresses to repeated movements to create a set or form. These gentle movements promote relaxation, a positive attitude and other health benefits.
Women on Weights (WOW)
Tone up and strengthen using small hand weights, therabands, weighted balls and a stability ball. This is a total body workout to make you strong.
Yoga for Beginners
This eight-week class starts with the basics and progresses to cover the essentials of what you need for a gentle practice to promote flexibility, strength and relaxation.
Learn body postures and proper techniques to bring a feeling of relaxation and improve flexibility, strength, balance and much more. Modifications and progressions will be given for both the intermediate and more advanced student. Mats are available for sale or you may bring your own. The instructor is a certified yoga instructor registered with the Yoga Alliance.
Yoga to Restore, Renew & Re-Energize
Restore and renew your energy, flexibility, balance and focus through modified poses that will strengthen and stretch your muscles and calm your mind. Each session ends with a sequence of supported yoga postures and breathing techniques to help relieve the effect of chronic stress and discomfort. The instructor is a certified yoga instructor registered with the Yoga Alliance.
Fun cardio dance workout to a Latin beat. This is truly an exercise in disguise!
