GET STRONG Fitness Membership - $50
We want to help you and your family get strong and live well. That’s why we offer a variety of eight-week fitness sessions for members of our GET STRONG Fitness Center. We also offer special, low-cost exercise programs for your whole family to enjoy. Find the GET STRONG class or special exercise program that's just right for you. Get on your way to a healthier, stronger you!
Classes listed below on the monthly fitness calendar are included in the GET STRONG FITNESS MEMBERSHIP for $50 for 8 weeks of unlimited classes and includes use of the fitness equipment. Drop-in rate is $3 per class.

Beginner’s Yoga - Tuesday 6:15-7:15 p.m.
This 8 week class starts with the basics and progresses to cover the essentials of what you need for a gentle practice that helps promote flexibility, strength, and relaxation.
Cardio, Strengthen and Sculpt – Thursday 5-6 p.m.
Challenge yourself to take that next class up a level and see what a difference it makes in how you feel and look.
Healthy Steps (The Lebed Method, Focus on Healing) – Thursday 1-2 p.m.
This is a gentle medically based exercise program with emphasis on movement to music designed especially for cancer survivors, and those who are deconditioned or have fibromyalgia.
Power Tubing – Monday & Wednesday 6-7 p.m.
This resistance training class will help build and tone muscle to keep your metabolism running. The class focus is on strength for proper posture, core stability and daily living activities. No matter your age or fitness level, you will have lots of fun as we encourage each other towards fitness.
Stretch, Strengthen and Relax – Monday 3-4 p.m.
Learn how to gently increase your flexibility and strength plus relax and restore your energy.
60 Minute Blast Off – Monday & Wednesday 5-6:00 p.m.
Enjoy this fun filled workout as you journey thru 60 minutes of intervals that alternate between cardiovascular conditioning and overall body strengthening and toning.
Smart Start to Fitness – Monday & Wednesday 5-6 p.m., Tuesday & Thursday 9:30-10:30 a.m.
This class will guide the beginner to a smart, and safe fun filled exercise hour. You will see how easily you can improve your fitness level, develop basic exercise skills and learn the fundamentals for weight loss.
Step It Up! – Monday 4-5:00 p.m. & Tuesday 5:30-6:10 p.m.
Get that low-impact, high-calorie-burning workout on the step.
Yoga Intermediate – Monday & Wednesday 6:15-7:15 p.m.
Learn additional yoga poses and proper techniques to bring a feeling of relaxation and improve flexibility, strength, balance, and much more.
ZumbaTM – Thursday 5-5:45 p.m.
This is a fun cardio dance workout to Latin beat. This is truly an exercise in disguise! You may also choose from a $3 per class drop in rate.
ZumbaTM & Women On Weights (WOW) – Monday & Wednesday 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Get that great cardio workout while burning lots of calories to exciting Latin dance moves with intervals of strengthening and toning to get that shape you want.
GET STRONG Specialty Fitness Card - $45
Classes listed below are included in the GET STRONG SPECIALTY FITNESS CARD for $45 for 8 weeks of unlimited specialty classes with a reservation. For an additional $15 get a Get Strong Fitness Membership that includes unlimited classes on the monthly fitness calendar.
Saturday Morning Boot Camp – Saturday 8-9 a.m., Tuesday & Thursday 5:45-6:45 p.m.
You will learn a variety of interval formats that combine strength, cardio conditioning, plyometrics and functional movements to help maximize your results. Drop in rate is $5.50 per class.
Kick boxing and BOSU – Tuesday 4:45-5:30 p.m.
This circuit class combines cardio, strength training, and balance with a kick boxing bag. Drop in rate is $3.00 per class.
Spinning for Fun & Fitness – Saturday 8:45-9:30 a.m. & Wednesday 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Get motivated with this energetic indoor cycling class. Drop in rate is $3.00 per class.
Meet Me at the Barre plus BOSU – Wednesday 4:45-5:30 p.m. & Saturday 9:30-10 a.m.
This is a challenging total body workout. You will be using a barre and a BOSU to help strengthen your muscles and improve endurance during muscle elongating stretches for a longer, leaner you. Drop in rate is $3.00 per class.
Healthy Steps to a Healthy Weight Management Program
This 12 week weight loss program is facilitated by a registered dietician and a certified personal trainer. Starts January 13,2015 at IU Health Goshen Hospital and meets on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:45p.m. Cost is $150 and includes a Get Strong Fitness Membership. Call 364-2855.
