Our Team of Nutrition Experts

We hear all the time that good nutrition is essential to building a healthy lifestyle. It's even more vital if you have certain health conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer or food allergies. That's why our registered dietitians at IU Health Goshen Hospital work with you one-on-one to create a specialized nutrition plan that's right for you.

Our dietitians help you:

  • Adjust the type or amount of food you eat, based on your disease or condition
  • Improve your diet to include healthy servings of vegetables, fruits and whole grains each day
  • Plan your diet if you want to lose or gain weight
  • Answer questions about a diet ordered by your doctor

We offer individual and group nutrition therapy for children and adults. In every case, we work closely with your primary care physician, who must refer you to our services.

Ask your doctor to refer you to a registered dietitian at IU Health Goshen Hospital.
