The mission of The Foundation in support of Indiana University Health La Porte Hospital is to support healthcare and healthy lifestyles in the communities we serve.
The Foundation’s values of Excellence, Collaboration, Commitment and Compassion are supported by the tagline "where giving changes lives." The reciprocal benefit of giving ultimately changes the lives of community members.
