Several funds have been created to support IU Health La Porte Hospital and its surrounding communities. All gestures of giving, large or small, make a difference in the health of our community.
Cancer Patient Fund
The Cancer Patient Fund helps to provide IU Health La Porte Hospital’s cancer patients with needed medications and treatments.
CareGiver’s Continuing Education Fund
The CareGiver’s Continuing Education Fund provides continuing education assistance for the IU Health La Porte Hospital employees involved in direct patient care. This fund allows employees to improve and maintain their education and skills in healthcare.
Center for Cancer Therapy Fund
The Center for Cancer Therapy Fund assists in advancing the IU Health La Porte Hospital Center for Cancer Therapy through purchasing new equipment and furthering staff education in this field.
Center for Spiritual Care Fund
The Center for Spiritual Care Fund assists programs that provide a full-spectrum of spiritual/pastoral care needs addressing the body, mind and spirit.
Children’s Fund
The Children’s Fund provides youth literature, toys and games to aid in making an unpleasant hospital trip more fun.
Community Health Center Fund
The Community Health Center Fund supports the Community Health Center in offering healthcare to individuals and families with limited income.
La Porte County Dental Services Fund
The La Porte County Dental Services Fund supports funding for La Porte County Dental Services, which provides basic dental care for low-income residents of all ages in La Porte County.
Diabetes Fund
The Diabetes Fund helps to provide education for patients as well as community awareness about diabetes.
Endowment Fund
The Endowment Fund provides funds to support the Foundation and its mission for years to come.
Friends of Nursing Fund
The Friends of Nursing Fund promoting recognition for and excellence in nursing practice, education, and research.
HealthQuarters Fund
The HealthQuarters Fund provides funding for the community health resource library.
Heart Fund
The Heart Fund furthers The Heart and Vascular Institute at IU Health La Porte Hospital in providing state-of-the-art cardiovascular services.
Samaritan Fund
The Samaritan Fund aids in assisting patients with no other financial support.
VNA Home Health Fund
The VNA Home Health Fund supports VNA Skilled Care Services, allowing patients to recuperate at home rather than at a hospital or nursing home.
VNA Hospice Fund
The VNA Hospice Fund supports the VNA Hospice program, providing compassionate care to terminal patients, their families and caregivers. Make a donation to the VNA Hospice Campaign.
