- Meet the Foundation
There are many ways to contribute to The Foundation. Whether making a one-time donation or pledging long-term support, your gifts are important and greatly appreciated. We couldn’t do it without you. Thank you!
The impact of a gift cannot truly be measured monetarily. Yet, the Foundation relies on the generosity of individuals, organizations and corporations to provide funding and in-kind resources necessary to fulfill its mission. Every gift made to the Foundation will be used in its entirety, to enhance the activities and programs of IU Health La Porte Hospital and assure optimum care of patients and the La Porte community.

Hospice Fund Campaign
The Foundation supports the IU Health La Porte VNA Services. Hospice provides compassionate care to individuals who are at the terminal stage of life by assisting with their physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
These gifts are a thoughtful way to remember the passing of a loved one or to celebrate special occasions.

Serenity Place “Brick-By-Brick” Campaign
Adjoining the Indiana University Health La Porte Hospital Family Chapel and sharing the Chapel’s spirit of serenity is an outdoor garden. Within this outdoor garden area is Serenity Place, a courtyard built with 600 remembrance bricks, each telling a story.
The future of the La Porte community’s health care is in our sights today with the Cornerstone Society and planned giving options. A planned gift of stocks and securities, or real and personal property, or of trust proceeds offers invaluable, and enduring, living symbol of your commitment.
Donations through the children's fund are used to support needs for the youth of our community. Whether to support the Lil' F.I.S.H. Club program or to provide items for children in the hospital to make his or her stay a little easier.
