IU Health Urgent Care at LifePlex

IU Health Urgent Care at LifePlex provides walk-in service for illnesses, injuries, drug screenings, diagnostic testing, physical exams and onsite X-rays. Our highly trained and experienced medical professionals provide comprehensive emergency and occupational care at an affordable cost.

Services

The LifePlex facility is a full-service medical center and laboratory. Our medical professionals specialize in family practice, orthopedics and physical therapy. We provide care and testing for:

  • Upper respiratory infections
  • Ear and sinus infections
  • Rapid Strep testing
  • Influenza testing
  • Drug screens
  • Cuts, lacerations and broken bones
  • Muscle sprains and strains
  • Ear and eye injuries
  • Rashes and burns
  • Insect and animal bites

Physicals

  • Pre-employment physicals
  • School/sport physicals

LifePlex also provides comprehensive treatment and work flexibility in conjunction with numerous networked specialists to help return an employee back to work in the shortest time possible. Our occupational medicine services available are:

  • Injured work comp
  • Return to work examinations
  • DOT Examinations
  • Audiograms
  • Hepatitis B Series
  • Mantoux/TB testing
  • MRO Services
  • Pulmonary function test

We make every attempt to accommodate the needs of all our patients by offering extended office hours and commitment to short wait times.

Monday – Friday, 9 am – 7 pm
Saturday – Sunday, 9 am – 3 pm
No appointment necessary.
