GOSHEN, Ind.—IU Health Goshen Hospital offers a Community Screening Day at the hospital on Thursday, December 12 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Most screenings are free-of-charge, and a few require a nominal fee. Flu shots will also be available for those 10 and older at a reduced cost of $15.

Screenings/risk assessments provided free-of-charge by clinical professionals include:  fitness; body composition; blood pressure, pulse, and blood oxygen levels; diabetic foot; diabetes; heart failure; balance and joint; sleep apnea; breast cancer; colon health; and skin cancer.

Services provided for a nominal fee include cholesterol screening (non-fasting); lower extremity pulses screening; vascular screening; and A1C (measures avg. glucose level).
