Free Healthy Heart Event - Feb. 27

An IU Health Ball Memorial Release

MUNCIE – Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Hospital’s heart is not only the hospital but the community it serves. With February being National Heart Awareness Month, IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital is spreading awareness to the community with Supported Hearts, Hypertension & Cardiac Disease: Take the Pressure Off.

The free and interactive event will take place on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 and will feature Lisa Harber, NP, cardiology, Medical Consultants, speaking from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm in IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital’s Outpatient Medical Pavilion in room 1. 

Be sure to attend for a comprehensive review of current guidelines for blood pressure and why all persons with or without cardiovascular disease need to understand how to manage this element of their health.
