Indiana University Health Announces Board Appointment

| Indianapolis—Indiana University Health, the state’s largest healthcare system, recently announced the appointment of J. Scott Davison to its board of directors.

Mr. Davison was appointed in January and will serve a four-year term. He joins a 13-member board responsible for ensuring the healthcare system carries out the goals of its mission, and for approving its budget, long-range plans, medical staff appointments, new services and major policies.

“We are honored to have Scott join our board,” said Bill Hunt, chairman of IU Health Board of Directors and chairman of Hunt Capital Partners, LLC. “He will bring a unique perspective as he serves as an ambassador for IU Health’s mission, vision and values.”

“I look forward to working with Scott and am confident he has the right experience and skills to make an enormous contribution to IU Health in the years ahead,” said Daniel F. Evans, Jr., president and chief executive officer, Indiana University Health.

As chief financial officer for OneAmerica and its affiliated companies, Mr. Davison is responsible for leading all financial-related functions including corporate finance, actuarial, investments, mergers and acquisitions, planning and rating agency relations. In addition to his CFO duties, Mr. Davison is responsible for OneAmerica’s Medical Stop Loss business and is president of OneAmerica Funds, Inc.

Mr. Davison holds a B.A. in economics and history from Middlebury College (VT) and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern Maine. He was named “2008 CFO of the Year” by the Indianapolis Business Journal and currently serves on the boards of Camptown, Inc., Indiana Sports Corporation, Indiana Bond Bank and The American College.
