IU Health Arnett welcomes six new Hospitalists

Indiana University Health Arnett is pleased to announce that several new hospitalists are joining IU Health Arnett Hospital this summer.
Hospitalists are physicians, usually trained in family or internal medicine, who provide primary medical care for hospitalized patients. They work closely with outpatient primary care physicians, medical specialists, surgeons, nurses, the patient and family to make treatment decisions and coordinate the hospital care of patients.
Hospitalists are available 24 hours a day to help answer questions, order tests, order prescriptions and track patient progress.
The following physicians will be joining the IU Health Arnett Hospital staff in July and August.
Dr. Nazir Delawar received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska. He completed his residency at Clarkson Family Medicine and is board certified in Family Medicine.
Dr. Randall Riley received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his residency and internship in internal medicine at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He is board certified in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Shiqing Yan received his medical degree from Qingdao Medical College. He completed his internship and residency at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital at South Shore in New York and was a research fellow with the National Institute of Health. Dr. Yan is board eligible in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Carmen Davis received her medical degree from Mansoura Medical School. She completed her internship at Mansoura University Hospital, her residency in Internal Medicine at Eastern Tennessee State University and is board eligible in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Radomir Piwko received his medical degree from the Medical University of Lublin. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center and is board eligible in Internal medicine.
Dr. Jacob Thomas received his medical degree from the University of the Witwatersrand. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Southern Illinois University. He is board certified in Internal Medicine.
