IU Health Tipton Hospital Expanding with New Medical Office Building

An IU Health Tipton Hospital Release

—Tipton – IU Health Tipton Hospital broke ground on Monday, April 24 on a new Medical Office Building (MOB). The building, which is being developed by the Cornerstone Companies, Inc., is expected to be finished in early 2018.

The new MOB will connect to the hospital through the Main Lobby giving patients easy access to hospital services. The first floor will be occupied by Methodist Sports Medicine (Dr. Kevin Condict), Page/Condict Orthodontics (Dr. Charee Condict) and IU Health Tipton Hospital Rehabilitation Services. The second floor will have Primary Care Physician and Specialty Care offices.
