Nurse Practitioner joins IU Health Arnett in Monticello

Indiana University Health Arnett is pleased to announce Stacy Eldridge, CFNP has joined IU Health Arnett Family Medicine in Monticello.
Stacy received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from The Ohio State University and her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Ball State University.
Prior to beginning her career as a nurse practitioner, Stacy practiced as a registered nurse for 21 years in both a hospital and outpatient office. She enjoys working in family medicine because she likes to promote health throughout the lifespan. Stacy is especially interested in preventive healthcare, diabetes management and women’s health.
In her spare time, Stacy enjoys reading, biking and spending time with her husband and two children.
Indiana University Health Arnett Family Medicine physicians provide primary healthcare for the entire family -- infants and children, teens, adults and seniors. They provide services at Greater Lafayette medical offices and regional medical centers.
