Touch Screen Directory
If you enter the hospital from the women's and Children's (south), surgical specialties (north) or IU Health Medical Offices (west) entrances, you will notice a large electronic touch-screen. This screen is an electronic way finding device, and was built to provide you with a pictorial description of your travel path to help you get to your destination.
Please note that only physician names and offices, hospital destinations, elevator and restroom locations and floor maps are searchable. You can not use the touch screen directory to find patient rooms or phone numbers. If you get stuck, please visit the atrium welcome center and a guest relations associate will gladly assist you.

In the middle of the IU Health North Hospital grand atrium, you will find a circular desk known as the welcome center. The welcome center is staffed from 5:30 am - 9 pm weekdays and 8 am - 6:30 pm on the weekends.
Guest Relations at IU Health North Hospital or volunteers at the welcome center are a wealth of knowledge and can answer most questions about the hospital relating to the location of a physician office or to find a patient’s room information. From here you can also pick up information about hospital services or use the courtesy phone.
