Visiting Hours

Indiana University Health Women & Children's Services - Spouses, Grandparents and Siblings may visit at any time. All other visitors noon to 2 pm and 6 to 8 pm.

Northwing - All visitors hours 8 am to 8 pm.

Please know that patients need their rest. Any visitor being disruptive or loud may be asked to leave. If you think you have a cold or infection, please stay home. Don't pass it on to patients. Prevent the spread of germs: Wash or use alcohol-based hand-gel before and after each patient visit.

Office Hours

  • Registration is open 24-hours a day. The main hospital doors are locked at 6 pm; please enter through the Emergency Department after this time.
  • Cashier's Office 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
  • Patient Accounts 8 am to 4:30 pm
  • Medical Records 8 am to 4:30 pm

Please note, our main doors are locked after 6 pm
Between 6 pm and 6 am you must enter through the Emergency Room.

Indiana University Health Visiting Specialist Services

No need to travel long distances. Physician specialists are scheduled weekly to serve patient needs, including cardiology, urology, allergy, orthopedics, podiatry, ear/nose/throat, gastroenterology, ob/gyn, ophthalmology (including cataract surgery) and chronic pain clinic.

General Surgery

Available on a full-time basis, the surgery department has undergone renovations to benefit patients featuring a new recovery area, post-operative unit, surgery admissions area and a physician/patient consultation room.

Ambulance and Emergency Room Service

Staffed with paramedics, intermediate and advanced EMTs, trauma-certified personnel, and sexual assault nurse examiners. The Emergency Room is staffed 24-hours a day with advanced physicians.

IU Health Women & Children's Services 

This modern and up-to-date facility offers family-oriented LDRP (labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum) rooms, a Jacuzzi room, fetal monitors, a state-of-the-art infant security system and neonatal resuscitation-certified staff. Free, monthly childbirth classes are available as well as sibling classes for children of parents who are expecting another child.

Indiana University Health Rehabilitation Services

Includes physical, occupational and speech therapies.

Indiana University Health Laboratory Services

Fully equipped lab with in-house processing and readily accessible FAX reporting for physicians. On-site D.O.T. drug and breath alcohol testing.

Indiana University Health Community Health 

Comprehensive health screenings, health fairs and seminars aimed at prevention and early detection. Flu/hepatitis vaccine programs are also offered with: speaker’s bureau, diabetes support group, poison prevention program, health promotional programs, school and worksite programs, certified American Red Cross CPR/First Aid trainers.

Dietary Services

With a Registered Dietitian and Certified Dietary Manager on staff, as well as several dedicated kitchen staff, IU Health Paoli Hospital provides healthy, appetizing meals to patients, staff and visitors.

Pharmacy

The Indiana University Health Paoli Hospital Pharmacy serves hospital staff, their families and patients who receive services at the hospital.Open hours are 8 am until 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
