FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE POLICY CHANGES 1/1/2016
IU Health is updating its financial assistance policy in response to requirements in the Federal Affordable Care Act. With the Medicaid Expansion (Healthy Indiana Plan 2.0), nearly every Hoosier has access to healthcare coverage. In order to properly align our policies with the new federal and state insurance coverage programs, many patients who have received financial assistance in the past will not likely continue to qualify after January 1, 2016.

To be considered for financial assistance for the remainder of 2015, please complete and submit an application.
Depending on the information you submit on your application, the documents you present in support of the information on the application and verification of your assets, IU Health may determine that you qualify for financial assistance based on the financial assistance policy (Spanish Version).
