- Diagnosis of conditions. Our highly skilled primary care physicians diagnose conditions you may have and develop a personalized treatment plan just for you.
- Management of conditions. When weight gain is caused by conditions such as hypothyroidism or diabetes, our physicians help you get these conditions under control so you can lose weight more effectively.
- Referrals to specialists. Our primary care physicians may refer you to a registered dietitian to develop specialized nutrition plans to meet your needs. They may also provide referrals to other healthcare experts who can assist with weight loss such as physical therapists or psychiatrists, or specialists who manage conditions related to weight gain such as endocrinologists.
