- Visit mypyramid.gov
- Once on the site, enter your own information in the upper right hand box labeled: My Pyramid Plan. Your information will appear on the screen.
- Click on and print your results. Place in your Riley Hospital for Children Stay Active in Life (SAIL) at Indiana University Health binder.
- Then click on and print a Meal Tracking Worksheet. Place in your Riley SAIL at IU Health binder for a future activity.
