Hemoccult

This test detects blood in the stool that cannot be seen.

Culture

This test detects a bacterial infection of the intestine, such as salmonella or shigella.

Clostridium difficile (C. diff)

This test detects specific bacteria in the colon which can cause diarrhea.

H. Pylori Stool Antigen

This test detects a bacteria that can infect the stomach and cause ulcers.
