IU Health Transplant participates in most major insurance plans. As a U.S. leader in transplantation, we are designated as a Center of Excellence (COE) in most national insurers' transplant networks. Your insurance company may be affiliated with or use a transplant network. This transplant network will assign you a case manager who will assist you during the evaluation, transplant procedure and often the post-transplant process.
Participation in the major COE transplant networks will vary by program. The networks are listed below for your convenience. IU Health Transplant has an agreement in place with these transplant COE networks. If you have any questions regarding your ability to receive organ transplant services, please call 800.382.4602.

In an attempt to hold down the cost of medical services, it is necessary to minimize office expenses. It is therefore requested that each family be certain that insurance pre-authorization for the visit is obtained. This is the responsibility of the child's family. Fees not covered by insurance are also the responsibility of the patient and/or family.
