Childbirth Education Classes

Learn how to care for your baby during the first month of life. Baby care topics cover bathing, holding, feeding, comforting a crying baby and more. If you are attending class after your delivery, you are welcome to bring your baby to class with you.
This class includes Newborn Basics for expectant parents in the morning followed by a CPR class for infants after a short lunch break. The CPR class is a Family and Friends CPR course by the American Heart Association focusing on infant CPR and choking rescue.
Mom and Me Fitness
A fun exercise class that combines different exercises to do along with baby or toddler.
CPR and First Aid for Parents:
Learn basic first aid for babies and young children along with Family and Friends CPR course.
Nationally recognized program designed for boys and girls ages 11 – 13. Safe Sitter® is a one day class that teaches skills including choking rescue for infants and children, first aid, behavior management and safety for the sitter. This class also includes CPR.
