J. Wes Archer, MD
Board certified Family Medicine
Dr. Archer completed his education at the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis and his residency in the St. Vincent Family Medicine Residency Program.
Joseph Car, MD
Dr. Car earned a medical degree at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pa. and completed a residency at St. Joseph Hospital and Health Center in Chicago, Ill. He is a member of Indiana State Medical Society and Monroe-Owen County Medical Society since 1994. Dr. Car has been a physician since 1976.
B. Diane Wells, MD
Board certified Internal Medicine
Dr. Wells graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Wells completed her residency at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis. She is currently teaching postgraduate and continuing education courses. She has been a physician since 1976.

Tamara completed her Master’s Degree in Nursing at Ball State University and is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In addition to Family Practice, she specializes in Diabetes Management and is a Certified Diabetes Educator.
Carol Petry, NP
Carol has been a nurse practitioner since 1996. She completed her post graduate Pediatric Courses at Northern Kentucky University and her Master of Science in Nursing at Indiana University in Indianapolis. She is certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner.
