Appointments are available Monday through Friday by calling 812.353.3277. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you in setting up an appointment to see one of our physcians or our physcian assistant at a time that is convenient for you. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to appointments to allow us time to prepare your medical record. Please bring your insurance card and co-pay the day of your visit. We also encourage you to bring a complete list of your medications and any questions you would like addressed by your physcian at the time of your appointment.
We realize situations may arise where you will need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you find yourself in this situation we would ask you to kindly give our office a 24 hour notice.
We do understand your busy schedule, however if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you may be asked to reschedule. This will keep other scheduled appointments on time.
ALLERGY SHOT HOURS
Allergy shots are given in our Bloomington Office at the following times:
- Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri: 8 - 11:30 and 1:30 - 4:30
- Wed: 8 - 11:30
Our main office building does offer a full service laboratory for your convenience. The lab is a Indiana University Health Bloomington Hospital affiliate and the hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 to 4:30 pm.
EMERGENCIES AND TELEPHONE CALLS
One of our physicians is on call for our practice 24 hours a day. To contact a physician after hours or on weekends or holidays, please call 812.353.3277 for the after-hours answering service. In a true life-threating emergency always call 911. Our physicians cannot prescribe or refill narcotic presciptions after hours or on the weekend.
For telephone calls during regular business hours our nursing staff is available to address your questions or problems that may arise. You will be asked to leave a detailed message on voicemail – once your chart has been retrieved a nurse will return your call as soon as possilbe. Phone calls are returned as promptly as possible, with urgent calls taking priority. If your call is in regard to a medication refill please have your date of birth and pharmacy available for your message. Please allow our office at least one to two business days to complete your prescription request.
