Our office treats patients 14 years and older for a wide variety of neurological conditions, including epilepsy, stroke, headaches, neuropathy, dementia, spasticity, Multiple Sclerosis, Huntington's Disease and Parkinson's Disease.

David W. Harvey, MD
Board certified in Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology
Dr. Harvey received his medical degree in 2009 and completed residency training in Neurology in 2013 at the Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed a fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology with emphasis in EEG/Epilepsy at the Indiana University School of Medicine in 2014. His professional interests include general neurology and epilepsy.
Dr. Harvey is certified in Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is also a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Epilepsy Society.
Mehyar Mehrizi, MD
Board certified in Neurology
Dr. Mehrizi completed his bachelor’s degree in biology, graduating with honors in neuroscience from the University of California-Berkeley. He holds a medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and completed a residency in neurology at the Indiana University School of Medicine. Following his residency, he completed a fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology with emphasis in EEG/Epilepsy at the Indiana University School of Medicine in 2014.
Dr. Mehrizi is board certified in Neurology and is a member of the American Academy of Neurology.
